REGULARIZAÇÃO DA SEGURANÇA CONTRA INCÊNDIO E PÂNICO DE UMA EDIFICAÇÃO CONSTRUÍDA: estudo de caso de uma indústria em Campo Belo – MG

Abstract

This work demonstrates the regularization of fire and panic safety of a built building, a case study of an industry in Campo Belo - MG. Such an approach is necessary due to the importance of regularization that aims to minimize unnecessary costs due to lack of planning and precision in decision making. The objective of this work is to carry out a technical study to enable the regularization of security and the prevention of fire and panic in a building already built. The study demonstrated the challenges encountered during the regularization process of an already built building, even pointing out that some of them cost the final cost of the project, as it had to be analyzed several times, due to the physical changes in the building, which occurred during the analysis process by the Fire Department, in addition to assuming expenses with preventive measures, to make up for the lack of necessary distance between the buildings.
