A FUNÇÃO DO PEDAGOGO NO AMBIENTE HOSPITALAR

Abstract

This work addresses the role of the pedagogue in the hospital environment. Such an approach imposes the need to show that in each hospital environment a pedagogue works, as he will working with the student not only theoretical content, but also will help the patient and his psychological issues. Assisting the student will change the focus of the environment a little hostile that nothing resembles the classroom. The objective of this work is to present the importance of having a pedagogue in a hospital environment and demonstrate the need of the student who is in the process hospitalization to continue in the school environment, through the hospital pedagogue. too evidence that having contact with a hospital educator can make the student change the focus of that unfavorable environment and focus on the activities proposed by the pedagogue. This one purpose will be achieved through bibliographic methodology. The research showed that the hospital educator is indispensable upon admission of children and adolescents, as only thus they will be able to continue their studies, thus reducing school dropout and even even repetition. Remembering that the pedagogue must always be willing to listen to both student as his family, acting as a psychologist and giving all the necessary support.
