APRIMORAMENTO DO PROCESSO DE LOGÍSTICA REVERSA APLICADO NO SERVIÇO DE TROCA DE ÓLEO DE COMPRESSORES

Abstract

This work addresses the improvement of the reverse logistics process applied to the compressor oil change service performed by a company in the south of Minas Gerais. Such an approach is necessary due to the fundamental responsibility that one must have with the environment. The wide use of lubricating oils in today's society and the great concern with the correct destination of this waste after use emphasize the need for alternatives to make the product's life cycle environmentally efficient. It is expected to contribute to the theme by encouraging product recycling in order to contribute to the environment. This intention will be achieved through a case study, the results obtained through the application of quality tools with the intention of improving the reverse logistics process applied to the oil change of the Company's compressors were positive because it brought profitability and extra income in a way simple that generated a low investment cost - just the acquisition of the drum, an investment that was recovered with just two months of oil collection and resale, from the third month onwards all the profit obtained can already be considered as net profit.
