OWNERSHIP: a implantação da manutenção autônoma no processo produtivo

Abstract

This work presents a study of the concept, development and implementation of the tools of Autonomous Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in an automotive company. Autonomous Maintenance was changed to Ownership with the purpose of globalizing the meaning and denoting the relevance of the autonomous maintenance operation. The choice of the name Ownership originates from the English language with the definition of Ownership in the Portuguese language. Due to the large number of maintenance interventions, this methodology took place in a pilot plan in the Forging sector of the auto parts segment, with two Ajax Eccentric Presses 700 tons. This research addresses the importance of constant autonomous maintenance of the equipment incorporating in the production process, where there was training. progressive to operators employing five pillars of the eight suggested by the researched literature being, autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance, education and training, specific improvements, safety, hygiene and environment. For better progress, auxiliary tools like SS were used. PDCA cycle, visual management concepts and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Among the results analyzed, there was an evolution in the productivity indexes and the number of maintenance interventions, which proved the efficiency of the program and obtained approval from top management to expand the project in other productive areas.
