ORÇAMENTO NA CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL: Análise de custo estrutural de uma edificação mista na cidade de Campanha, MG

Abstract

We are living an important moment of appreciation of the sector of civil construction has always contributed to the development of the economy and to improve the welfare of society. The issue of quality and speed of construction in the country is of great importance, since the correct execution of a work requires knowledge and preparation of activities in advance by checking the actual and necessary costs to carry out this. The budget in construction is to group the planned activities, organize the execution steps, the composition of the costs of each activity and defines the final value for the project execution. An important part of the work is the choice of structure for the project, and this decision knowledge about them is necessary, particularly for reinforced concrete structures and steel structures. The work has as main objective the cost analysis of a mixed building, and compared the actual costs with the full budget. Besides that, it was analyzed the problems caused by lack of organization and planning, as the excess cost. Later, the alternative to the most appropriate method in order to solve and avoid unnecessary expenses.
