Abstract

This study aims to reflect on the importance of play for the child's development in the period of early childhood education and aims is to know how children establish relationships from toys and games that lead them to develop skills and acquire knowledge. It addresses the relationship of the child's play and education and how learning can be purchased at school. Thus, the toy library appears as a placeholder for diversified activities for the development of the child. The play gives children not only a moment of pleasure, but the development of physical abilities, emotional, social and cognitive, contributing to its maturity the child will take up his adult life. The play is a form of language that the child uses to understand and interact with you, with others. with the world. The action of the play is something that should be encouraged to improve learning inside and outside the school. This work is based on a literature search.
