ATUAÇÃO DO ENGENHEIRO DE PRODUÇÃO NO DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UMA STARTUP

Abstract

The project theme is startups. Startups are companies that are linked to technology, more precisely linked to Silicon Valley. Another definition that has been widely used is "scalable and repeatable". Even though it is very recent, several startup companies have become extremely large in the market, some examples are WhatsApp and Uber. The relationship between startups and applications is growing increasingly, both due to the success of many applications that are startups, as well as the advantages of investing in one. This paper aims to describe the impact on the quality and effectiveness of delivery services made by motorcyclists through the mediation of an application, aiming to defend the application as a facilitator of the relations between company and user. The work will be elaborated from bibliographical research, followed by action research. The company will be created respecting all the necessary bureaucracies, verifying the availability of the name at the board of trade, do all the preparation of the articles of association, after seeing the availability, register with the board of trade, obtain er the company's CNPJ, register both municipal and state, obtain the business license and licenses imposed by the municipality. In view of everything that was presented in the work, it can be said that the general objective was reached, to bring how startups are growing, being able to show data and facts. Besides, being able to show all Bboy's development, bringing the numbers of surveys done with the idea of verifying if it's a good deal or not. It is also worth emphasizing the need to improve services to the population, doing everything with the well-being, comfort and practicality of people in mind.
