COMPARATIVO ENTRE SINAPI E PREÇO LOCAL: Análise dos custos em uma cidade no interior de Minas Gerais

Abstract

The real estate market generates jobs and income in various branches of the Brazilian economy, thus representing a large portion of the country's GDP.The success of a real estate project, whether commercial or private, depends, systematically, on the veracity of the costs established in a budget. Given the relevance of the real estate market as well as the growth of the civil construction sector in Brazil, this work was developed with the aim of analyzing the prices of inputs practiced in the city of Piumhi - MG, comparing them with the values established by SINAPI. To carry out the work, a methodology was adopted where a bibliographical research was carried out with the relevant subjects to the theme, followed by a field research, in which data were collected. Through the comparison of costs performed, it was possible to see that when comparing the costs of inputs practiced in the city of Piumhi - MG with the SINAPI spreadsheets, being the overall final cost of the work, adopting real prices in the city of Piumhi - MG, as follows: 2.65% higher when compared to SINAPI. The construction of the work was important because the composition of the costs will serve as a basis for consultation for the preparation of budgets, which will directly influence the work of the civil engineer and the lives of people seeking financing for the acquisition of their own home
