The present work deals with the Regularization and the Legislation that regulate the subdivision inserted in the special urban areas of housing in the Municipality of Varginha-MG. What led to the choice of this theme was the notorious growth in the number of subdivisions of land in the rural areas of the municipality and in view of this, there was a need

to bring further clarification with regard to the laws and procedures that regulate this subdivision, so that future entrepreneurs, ranchers or landowners, can carry out their processes in accordance with current legislation. Thus, this study's main objective is to direct those interested in approving and valuing installments in rural areas, as well as bringing important clarifications to future entrepreneurs who want to acquire a rural area legalized according to the municipality of Varginha-MG. In this sense, the purpose of this research is to seek data, references and information, based on laws, norms and bibliographies that govern the proposed subject. Therefore, to carry out this research, the methodology used was based on norms and laws that will be mentioned throughout this study. The research demonstrated, therefore, the importance of knowledge regarding the laws and norms referring to this regularization, as well as the search to clarify, through the informative manual, the necessary procedures for the normalization of the same.
