Abstract

The Psychiatric Reform arose with the intention of modifying the idea of asylum exclusion, bringing new strategies and substitutive services in the service to the user with mental disorder. The general objective of this study was to analyze the role of the ESF nursing team in the care of the user with mental disorder, considering the importance of these professionals for the implementation of socialization practices of the user minimizing their difficulties, besides developing actions that provide the integrality Care. The results of this research pointed out that the nursing team of the FHT has great difficulties in the management of the users with mental disorders mainly, when they are agitated which directly affects the user's attention and consequently impairing the reception and the bond, causing the precipitation in the And overcrowding of other levels of service. In view of the foregoing, the importance of matrix support and continuing education as a way of integrating and updating the ESF team is concluded, providing study and discussion among the team on a variety of subjects, allowing for problem-solving, action planning and activities evaluation Developed, thus guaranteeing the integral care to the user with mental disorder.
