DIFICULDADES ENCONTRADAS PELOS ENFERMEIROS EM RELAÇÃO ÀS PESSOAS EM SOFRIMENTO PSÍQUICO NO ÂMBITO DA ESTRATÉGIA DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA

Abstract

This work seeks to identify the difficulties encountered by nurses in relation to people in psychological distress within the family health strategy. This research aims to know the difficulties that Nursing professionals find on the assistance with the patient suffering from psychological distress in the FHT, verifying if there is a reception of those with mental disorder, if there is a lack of preparation of the nurses in the care of this patient, if it occurs refusal to attend these patients, to verify if they offer integration of the person with mental disorder in the community offering social interaction. The research has a qualitative and hypothetical-deductive approach, developed at the FHS of the city of Três Corações-MG, 14 nurses were interviewed. The interview had 4 open questions related to the knowledge and performance of the nurse to the bearer of psychic suffering within the community that acts. In the results and discussions there were some contradictory answers, but the majority had unanimous answers raising the difficulties encountered by the nurses in relation to the psychological suffering and for the analysis four categories were constituted. Considering that the nurses find it difficult to receive and accompany the patient suffering from psychic and his family, but finds solutions in the support centers, where he offers this accompaniment, obtaining from a multiprofessional team.
