Abstract

Financial emancipation of women, together with the advances in technology and the free will of the people, has contributed to the dissolution of conjugal relations and of stable unions. People are advancing with purpose back to the conquest of freedom and independence, generating for the legal responsibility to protect the rights and obligations of the parties involved. The dissolution of marriage and stable Union have brought losses to the adverse party which, for having been dedicated a lifetime to children, the spouse and the home, although able to work, does not have the means to acquire, in the short term, your living autonomously.
