Abstract

This work aims to address the importance of the educational manager at the educational institution. Such an approach is justified in the need to highlight the manager in the educational institution, since the same needs a figure so that everyone involved has a vision of a successful institution. The objective of this study is to demonstrate the importance of the manager in the educational institution. To achieve the result of this work, the bibliographical research of works related to the theme is being reached. At the end the study has shown that the manager is a crucial part in the institution for the team with whom he works, because the components of this have the need for a leader who leads with mastery all his team and creates alternatives and motivational resources in favor of the end activity, which is education. In this sense, it makes it clear that the educational manager works in synergy with all the employees of the institution and a bad management can lead to the educational and social failure of the educational institution.
