A IMPORTÂNCIA GESTÃO DEMOCRÁTICA NO ÂMBITO ESCOLAR ATUAL

Abstract

This article aims to find ways to show and convince educators and the entire school community about the great step that is democratic management in the pursuit of quality education. This work results from reflections on the reading of authors who present the discussion of the theme. Such an approach is justified by the fact that by adopting this practice, one will be working with today's school model, which seeks to form the whole human being, for the society in which he lives. For this we need the dialogue, the interaction, the opinions of all those involved in the teaching-learning process. All this is a form of democracy. To promote this integral formation of the student, the school must be a democratic space. The objective of this study is to find ways to show and convince educators and the entire school community about the great step that is democratic management in the pursuit of quality education. This purpose will be achieved through bibliographic research. The analysis showed that for this management to happen, it is necessary to involve all the school staff and a great effort of the management part of the school, in the search for the best quality of learning and training of its students.
