MOTIVAÇÃO NA APRENDIZAGEM ESCOLAR: a importância da gestão educacional na busca de melhores resultados

Abstract

This paper discusses the importance of education management in the pursuit of better results relating the management processes as motivating the teachers and also practical in the results of students in school learning. Such an approach is needed for the fact that one of the most frequent problems is currently a lack of motivation among education professionals and students in relation to learning. The aim of this study is to analyze how the manager can change the shape of your team performance from the management model adopted and how this way of managing the school environment affect the results of the work in the classroom and community relations. This task will be accomplished by the literature review about the subject studied. Through the study, wakes up curiosity and answers many questions about the influence that a management model can have on all participants in the process, and differentiate incentivisation of motivation, reflect on the school learning and complete the best kind of model for that work is more democratic and participatory, encouraging all to seek to improve it even more.
