LICENCIAMENTO AMBIENTAL PARA CONSTRUÇÃO DE UM ARMAZÉM: implantação de Área Logística, na Cidade de Caraguatatuba / SP

Abstract

This work describes the environmental licensing for the construction of a warehouse in the city of Caraguatatuba / SP, for the implementation of a logistics area. Such an approach is necessary to better understand the environmental licensing process and how it is important to make a geo-referenced planimetric topographic study for suppression of native vegetation. The objective of this study is to explain and define how the environmental licensing process for the implementation of a warehouse in a logistics area, in the city of Caraguatatuba / SP, works. The relevance of this study is to deepen the study of environmental licensing through theoretical and practical activities. In this way, for any enterprise, three types of licensing, the previous license (LP), the installation license (LI) and the operating license are required, and that the analyzed environment is an Upper Restinga Forest, in the middle stage of regeneration under the Atlantic Forest.
