HEIJUNKA: introdução do sistema puxado e nivelado de produção em uma fábrica de reatores, módulos e drivers de LED

Abstract

This work describes the introduction to Heijunka (pull and leveled system) in an electronic factory branch, presenting the concept of this system, the introduction process, benefits and impacts. This approach justify itself on the necessity of adaptation of the company towards the new market and the current growth of the demand for LED’s. With the high competition and demand fluctuations is necessary that the companies search production tools aligned with its goals to survive in the market. The goal of this work is to present the introduction of Heijunka system in the electronic factory and its benefits for production, just as increase flexibility and leveling between demand and suppliers. This proposal was completed with bibliographic and exploratory researches and the project execution was finished with the business case. The work showed that the Heijunka implantation was very important for the development and success of the company, because it was possible to keep ahead of the competition, offering quality and flexible products with the demand variations.
