ANÁLISE DA FORMAÇÃO DE TRINCAS E BOMBEAMENTO DE FINOS APÓS A RECICLAGEM DA BASE COM ADIÇÃO DE CIMENTO NA BR-381 (FERNÃO DIAS) - trecho 1

Abstract

This work analyzes several points of the asphalt pavement that present cracks and fines pumping of the Fernão Dias highway, BR - 381 South and Pista Norte lane, located in km 477 that is located in Contagem-MG and Belo Horizonte (Praça da CEMIG) at km 666 located in the Retiro das Pimentas (District of Perdões-MG). One of the most important tracks in Brazil for connecting two of the main metropolitan regions of Brazil, Sao Paulo and Belo Horizonte. Fernão Dias highway is managed by the concession company Arteris S / A. Lately the highway has been suffering with the emergence of the large amount of tricas and pumping fines in several points where the base recycling with addition of cement was performed. It was identified that the problem of tricas is happening due to the non-fulfillment of the correct specifications of the execution of the service, lack of more complete technological controls and not being adopted measures that would benefit the reduction or even its formation. These measures should be carried out in conjunction with recycling and would reduce the cost of interventions that should be made if cracks appear. If the pavement starts to crack, it is advisable to intervene as soon as possible so that the problem does not progress and that a deeper intervention should be made in larger areas, which would make the cost of recovery higher.
