CENTRO DE ESTERILIZAÇÃO DE MATERIAIS (CEM): projeto de uma CME (central de material estéril) para a cidade de Três Pontas

Abstract

This project intends to present the construction of a sterilized material Centre in the city of Três Pontas, since this type of service does not see to efficiently attend to the doctors and nurses of the City Hospital, emergency center, Health Support Institutions and local medical clinics. A suitable center for disinfection and disposal of all material and products for surgery and clinical use. This fact leaves much to be desired in the surgical procedures, with life risk to the patient, besides the insecurity to the doctors and nurses. This initiative has been developed after studies and a visit of the sterilized material Centre confirming the difference in treatment. The project is nothing more than the creation of a center of extreme importance, where the healing of a patient begins in the hygiene of the material to be used.
