Abstract

This paper discusses the aid of two tools, the PCM deployment. (Maintenance Planning and Control) at a manufacturing machine manufacturing company. bottling of mineral water. With the 5S, a very useful tool for using and cleaning the the sectors will be rearranged, cleaned and a selection of materials to be discarded. With PDCA, a very useful quality tool for implementation of a project, a schedule will be prepared and actions will be established to fulfilled. These tools will be very useful as they will facilitate understanding and assist in deployment process. The importance of this work comes from the need for improve their maintenance work by deploying PCM. So this This paper aims to elucidate the application of both tools to aid the implementation of PCM so that the maintenance sector is well conducted and organized in its activities.
