PROPOSTA DE PLANO DE LUBRIFICAÇÃO PARA TRANSPORTADOR DE ARRASTE EM EMPRESA DE ARMAZENAGEM DE GRÃOS

Abstract

This paper presents a bibliographic research and a description of the processes used, showing the importance of the implementation of an optimized lubrication plan, following some parameters such as cleaning, lubricant type, amount of lubricant and relubrication interval. Firstly, a summary of the grain storage system will be presented, highlighting some of the most used equipment. The lubrication plan was conceived after identifying deficiencies in the lubrication part of the Kepler Weber model TCRA-315 drag or Redler conveyor equipment in a grain storage company, during the work the central point will be the demonstration the elaboration of the implantation proposal and possible results of this plan emphasizing the geared motor and the bearings. Finally, we will present possible results that identify a visible economy, and the extreme importance of the lubrication plan for the good development of the company. Therefore, the research discusses the following problem: Proposal of lubrication for a grain storage company.
