IDENTIFICAÇÃO DE DANOS EM UMA ESTRUTURA DE PAVIMENTO FLEXÍVEL ENTRE OS KMS 833 +500 AO KM 833+000 PISTA NORTE DA RODOVIA FERNÃO DIAS BR-381

Abstract

The aim of this study was achieved through research of the types of damage caused in the flexible pavement. The planning time on the flexible pavement between Km 833 + 500 to Km 833 + 000 towards the North of Highway Fernão Dias BR - 381 which allowed the development of research in search of solutions that could be implemented with the instruments already discussed in the methods. In this case study, a brief description of the types of damage to the flexible pavement was proposed, its causes and after identified the recurring problem on the paving, one paving recovery was proposed in all section that corresponds to the KMs 833 + 500 and 833 + 000 of the northbound lane of Highway Fernão Dias. Assessing the whole scenario, we used the strategy of keeping the maintenance of the above passage. This maintenance was performed with patch located and occurred every 3 months or so, to come to a conclusion of what could be done to remedy the damage to the pavement at this location. It was concluded that the main solution to the results and final completion of the work was found. Among the 833 Km and Km 500 + 833 + 000 North Slope where it came to cracks, holes and thin pumping was the reconstruction of the floor, since its base to the tread. The reconstruction process is slow, but inevitable in this stretch, since the studied pavement was constructed over 10 years and served its purpose until then.
