ESTUDO COMPARATIVO DE VIABILIDADE TÉCNICA ECONÔMICA FUNDAÇÕES PROFUNDAS: Estudo de caso para edifício residencial multifamiliar na cidade de Três Corações

Abstract

The foundation is an essencial element designated to support the loads that come from any type of structure. Its importance is established by its responsability to guarantee the structural stability and the representativeness of the cost estimating. The current scientific work presents a comparison Study between the technical viability and the costs of deep foundations in a case study of a multifamily residencial building located in the city of Três Corações. In this building, foundations with concrete drive pile were made, and this work proposes the making of the building with Strauss’ piles. A bibliographical research was done to verify the existing foundations in the marketplace; to know the active freight in a building; to separate the informations needed for the execution of a foundation Project through a Welding Report; to scale out the crowning blocks that bracket the piles of a system and to quantify the services and costs for the foundation’s execution. The main methods of calculation of the pile capacity were applied and it was possible to estimate the needed quantity of piles to build a pillar, where it will be possible to begin a comparative study of thechnique and viability, comparing the both of them.
