ESTUDO PARA ELABORAÇÃO DE ORÇAMENTOS NA ÁREA DE EXECUÇÃO DE LOTEAMENTOS URBANOS

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to bring to light the main problems that can be found by small companies to set up budgets. With the main focus of analysis is the preparation of budgets for the execution of urban subdivisions. Taking as a basis the fact that for a company to ensure its growth has to rely on well structured business and a security that will be able to meet with its own. The sector is responsible for assembling its budgets, it has to have a great theoretical knowledge, it has the power to have the tools and experience to be able to deliver what is expected of it. Based on studies and surveys of theoretical material, elaborated in the first stage, a spreadsheet and a manual for use were prepared. This material will be completed in the second stage of the work. In order to obtain the result, it is not, with the theoretical basis without practical application, there are some companies that are active in the study area, to accompany and make practical points of view without accompanying, mainly of the second stage, the assembly of the work. As demonstrated in two budgets by a company from the Minas region for subdivisions. They were drawn up in an unprofessional way and served as comparatives to the latest studies, where those performed based on the results of the work. This study will make it possible to draw comparisons between the methods used by some companies, who proposed to this partnership, and the results obtained in the long term of the work.
