| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar as características das propriedades mecânicas, físicas e tecnológica das chapas metálicas destinadas à estampagem, empregando se os materiais EEP G1 e EEP G2. Dentro dessa temática foi analisado: a construção das curvas convencionais, a construção das curvas de escoamento, a tensão verdadeira, índice de anisotropia normal, a anisotropia normal, a anisotropia planar e índice de embutimento. Para desenvolver esta temática foi estabelecido um cronograma de trabalho, que consiste na coleta de amostras de chapas de aço EEP G1 e EEP G2 na indústria com o respectivo laudo técnico. A partir dos resultados dos ensaios mecânicos, foi elaborado um laudo para comparar com laudo do fabricante da matéria prima, certificando-se da qualidade. Os resultados foram compilados em diagramas, gráficos e tabelas, facilitando a análise e discussão para elaboração de conclusões. |
| Abstract: | The present work aims to evaluate the characteristics of the mechanical, physical and technological properties of sheet metal for stamping, using the materials EEP G1 and EEP G2. Within this theme it was analyzed: the construction of the conventional curves, the construction of the flow curves, the true tension, normal anisotropy index, normal anisotropy, planar anisotropy and embedding index. To develop this theme, a work schedule was established, which consists of collecting samples of EEP G1 and EEP G2 steel sheets in the industry with the respective technical report. Based on the results of the mechanical tests, a report was prepared to compare with the report of the manufacturer of the raw material, ensuring quality. The results were compiled into diagrams, graphs and tables, facilitating analysis and discussion to draw conclusions. |
