PROPOSTA DE UM MODELO PARA O GERENCIAMENTO DE PESSOAS EM PROJETOS DE TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO

Abstract

The objective of this work is to present a methodology to assist project managers to mprove their skills as a leaders, not worrying only with the technical area, but also the behavioral area, analyzing the value of each component of your team. The methodology used was diverse and wide, including questionnaires and interviews broadly exploring the literature. This work is divided as follows: The first part includes the management teams, highlighting the importance of the team in a project, then he works the manager's stance towards about their teams. The focus of this work is the project management in the IT field. addressing the PMBOK and some of their best practices, and finally, contemplates a proposal for a model to management in the IT field. Forms were prepared, and answered by employees of IT area. The responses brought a feedback about the management of these managers, so that, they can do a self assessment based on actual data. The results will be forwarded to the HR sector, who after evaluating the questionnaires will be able to take the appropriate action. Developed a web system that will expedite the process of evaluation of managers in the IT field.
