MANIFESTAÇÕES PATOLÓGICAS EM PONTES DE CONCRETO: análise prática de um sinistro em uma ponte de concreto armado

Abstract

This work describes and analyzes the pathologies in concrete bridges together with a practical analysis of their respective anomalies. Such an approach is necessary to demonstrate the importance of this type of construction in order to unravel the constructive problems it brings and their respective consequences. This intent was achieved through a case study in a work known here in the region where I live, the famous “Cascade Bridge” located in the rural neighborhood of Freitas in the city of Carmo de Minas. The research showed that the pathologies must be studied before the execution of a construction, the construction site must be very well mapped and also the project part must be very well planned and coherent with the planned building and its location.
