APOSENTADORIA ESPECIAL: alterações legislativas e as consequências jurídicas decorrentes da Emenda Constitucional n°103/2019

Abstract

This article aims to analyze and describe the legislative changes and legal consequences that the Constitutional Amendment of No. 103/2019, the so-called "social security reform", brought to the special retirement benefit. This benefit is intended to compensate for the work performed by the insured who puts his life at risk above normal to perform his activities. Thus, with this work I intend to point out the impacts that the pension reform brought to the granting and maintenance of the special retirement pension benefit.
