PERCEPÇÃO DA PUÉRPERA SOBRE A ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM RECEBIDA DURANTE O TRABALHO DE PARTO E PÓS-PARTO IMEDIATO

Abstract

This study aimed to uncover lhe feelings and perceptions expressed by women about nursing core received during labor and immediate postpartum. It also proposes to review the care provided by the nursing team this woman during the birth process and know the experiences and feelings of women during their stay in the maternity ward. To understand the experiences of these subjects, we used qualitative methodology according to phenomenological trajectory where 12 women were interviewed in the immediate postpartum period in the city of Varginha, South municipality of Minas Gerais. Interviews were guided by the following question: "What is the perception of nursing care you received here in childbirth motherhood so far?". The convergence of meaning units originated three categories: women's perception of the assistance received by the nursing during the parturition process; Feelings of women facing the delivery of the event; Guidance offered by nurses during the process of labor and birth. Women show a range o/positive feelings on being asked about the nursing care. The speeches revealed that the guidelines passed by the nurse, was directly responsible for minimizing the fear and insecurity felt in that moment of their lives.
