| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Diante do amplo mercado e do crescente desenvolvimento do país é de grande importância o estudo dos diferentes sistemas estruturais, a fim de definir o jeito mais econômico e rápido a ser executado. Para isso, deve-se fazer estudos técnicos e detalhados sobre cada um. O presente trabalho faz a comparação entre dois dos principais sistemas de construção na modernidade, o de alvenaria estrutural e o método em concreto armado convencional, com o intuito de abranger as principais vantagens, desvantagens, e benefícios dos respectivos sistemas. Foi dimensionada a superestrutura para os dois tipos de sistemas estruturais e um comparativo entre seus respectivos orçamentos, analisando entre ambos os métodos, comparando as duas formas construtivas para a construção de um edifício comercial |
| Abstract: | Given the large market and the growing development of the country, it is very important to study the different structural systems in order to define the most economical and fast way to be executed. For this, it is necessary to make detailed and technical studies on each one. The present work compares two of the main building systems in modernity, the structural masonry and the conventional reinforced concrete method, in order to cover the main advantages, disadvantages, and benefits of the respective systems. The superstructure was dimensioned for both types of structural systems and a comparison between their respective budgets, analyzing between both methods, comparing the two constructive forms for the construction of a commercial building. |
