| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | A construção civil é um campo que vêm se desenvolvendo bastante nos últimos anos, e apesar do desaquecimento da economia, o setor continua a ter necessidades constantes de evolução no campo da tecnologia. Este estudo tem como objetivo compreender qual estrutura (concreto armado ou alvenaria estrutural) consegue possibilitar a redução de custos e prazos para as edificações, trazendo eficiência e eficácia para o meio. Abordando as vantagens e desvantagens das estruturas analisadas, uma das principais dúvidas dentro da concepção do projeto é qual tipo de estrutura utilizar. Neste sentido, este trabalho se propõe a avaliar a viabilidade da execução e seus custos para ambas as estruturas analisadas. Como parâmetro de estudo, será traçada uma comparação através de um mesmo projeto arquitetônico para ambos os sistemas construtivos. Ao final será verificado qual dos modelos de edificação se apresentará mais econômico em relação ao outro |
| Abstract: | Construction is a field that has been developing a lot in recent years, and even despite the economic slowdown, the sector still needs constant evolution in the field of technology. This study aims to understand which structure (reinforced concrete or structural masonry) can reduce costs and deadlines for buildings, bringing efficiency and effectiveness to the environment. Addressing the advantages and disadvantages of the structures analyzed, one of the main doubts within the project design is which type of structure to use. In this sense, this work proposes to evaluate the feasibility of the execution and its costs for both analyzed structures. As a study parameter, a comparison will be drawn through the same architectural project for both building systems. At the end it will be verified which of the building models will be more economical in relation to the other. |
