| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho aborda o princípio do desenvolvimento sustentável e a sua aplicabilidade no desenvolvimento das atividades de produção. Ressalta-se como base o direito ambiental, em que se define de forma ampla dentro do ramo de direito público, constituindo-se por seus princípios e regras, como um dos seus objetivos em regular as condutas humanas que podem afetar consideravelmente potencial ou efetivamente, de forma direta ou indireta, o meio ambiente natural, cultural, social e artificial. O trabalho é direcionado por pesquisas científicas e autores descrevendo em livros, os aspectos do desenvolvimento sustentável e a sua importância perante a sociedade, trazendo consigo pontos de grande relevância, como um bom planejamento, bem organizado e adotado, onde mudaria metade dos impactos causados por irresponsabilidades pelas empresas e a população. |
| Abstract: | This study (work) refers to the principle of sustainable development and its applicability in the development of activities and production, emphasising as its basis the environmental law, where it is widely specified within the public law, using its principles and rules, as one of its main goals in regulating humans behaviours that can affect potentially or effectively, directly or indirectly, being the natural, cultural, social and artificial environment. The work is directed through scientific research and authors who describe in books, the aspects of sustainable development and its importance before society, bringing with it points of great relevance, such as a good planning, well organized and adopted, where it would change half of the impacts caused by irresponsible companies and the population |
