| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho visa analisar como os diversos problemas que estão presentes no atual sistema prisional brasileiro o tornam falho, levando o egresso prisional a reincidir no crime novamente logo após deixar o estabelecimento prisional. Tal abordagem se faz necessária para que seja analisada as consequências que um sistema prisional falho traz tanto para a sociedade quanto para aqueles que são inseridos neste sistema. O principal propósito deste estudo é abordar essas inconsistências presentes no encarceramento, bem como, trazer alternativas que possam de algum modo propiciar melhoras para este sistema atual de execução de pena. Este intento se dará através de revisão bibliográfica. Este estudo demonstrou que um sistema prisional que se encontra dotado de problemas, será falho e não cumprirá com o seu objetivo de forma eficiente. Apontando que existem soluções eficazes para o cumprimento de pena, soluções estas que não desumanizam o ser humano e auxilia quanto a reintegração deste, tendo como consequência, um sistema justo, que não degrada a integridade do ser humano e ainda o reintegra socialmente de forma com que este não possua a intenção de reincidir criminalmente. |
| Abstract: | This work aims to analyze how the various problems that are present in the current Brazilian prison system make it flawed, leading prison inmates to relapse into crime again soon after leaving the prison establishment. Such an approach is necessary to analyze the consequences that a flawed prison system brings both to society and to those who are inserted into this system. The main purpose of this study is to address these inconsistencies present in incarceration, as well as to bring alternatives that can somehow provide improvements to this current system of sentence execution. This attempt will be made through a bibliographical review. This study demonstrated that a prison system that has problems will be flawed and will not meet its objective efficiently. Pointing out that are effective solutions for serving sentences, solutions that do not dehumanize human beings and help with their reintegration, resulting in a fair system that does not degrade the integrity of human beings and also reintegrates them socially in a way that he does not have the intention of reoffending criminally. |
