| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O artigo propõe relatar a importância da ubiquidade nas organizações contemporâneas a partir da análise das transformações tecnológicas ocorridas nas últimas décadas. A revolução dos conceitos de espaço, tempo e interação mudou a forma de se relacionar institucionalmente, modificando assim a maneira de se enxergar uma estrutura organizacional. Através de uma pesquisa de campo, serão levantados dados relacionados aos tópicos envolvendo a ubiquidade dentro das estruturas organizacionais. O presente artigo ainda dialoga com a transformação do profissional diante destas inovações tecnológicas dentro da estrutura organizacional. |
| Abstract: | The article proposes to report the importance of ubiquity in contemporary organizations based on the analysis of the technological transformations that occurred in the last decades. The revolution of the concepts of space, time and interaction changed the way of relating institutionally, thus modifying the way to see an organizational structure. Through field research, data related to topics involving ubiquity within organizational structures will be collected. The present article still dialogues with the transformation of the professional in front of these technological innovations within the organizational structure. |
