ALOJAMENTO ESTUDANTIL PARA O CAMPUS CEFET DE VARGINHA/MG

Abstract

The present study aims to find guidelines for the design of a student accommodation for the CEFET Campus in Varginha. Considering that the institution has a large number of students who do not live in Varginha, the proposal is that student housing be located inside the campus and support the housing issue of these students. Through re-readings, it was possible to notice that the houses have changed and modernized over the years, and for this reason there are different types of dwellings with different configurations. Bibliographical research, documentaries and a survey of the institution were also used to survey the needs, which is the starting point for the elaboration of the project. The needs of the students who used these lodgings were identified, with their living together and their academic life as the main point. The arachidonic proposal of a student housing has a fundamental role in the construction of the professional life of these students, providing new experiences.
