Abstract

In companies many decisions are made without the due consultation or support of the information source Controller or the Controller, who hold this company information. The mission of Controllership among others is to ensure the continuity of the company, ensuring optimization of the overall result. It is an Enterprise Management body that will ensure adequate information to the corporate decision making process, collaborating with managers in the search for management effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to verify the adoption of Controllership as a support tool for decision making. For this study of bibliographic review it was verified that the professional responsible for Controllership. The Controller manages an efficient information system to keep the Chief Executive or key managers informed of the directions the company should take based on their analysis and suggestions.
