| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho analisa uma pesquisa que fará um estudo comparativo dos arames sólidos com os arames tubulares (Metal Cored), suas vantagens e desvantagens eficiência em comparação um com o outro. E nos mostrará sua melhor aplicação no mesmo processo com o mesmo equipamento e sua eficiência nos testes realizados e tempo de soldagem. Será realizado um estudo comparativo dos dois materiais a ser testado, nos dará o resultado se o arame tubular Metal Cored e mais eficiente se comparado com o arame solido. O processo será realizado da seguinte maneira, será colido os dados dos dois materiais na linha de produção como por exemplo tempo de soldagem, respingo nas peças soldadas e também vai ser realizado três teste nas peças de traça, dobramento e uma macrografia, para verificar a qualidade da solda aplicada com os arames. E no final do estudo será apresentada a viabilidade dos arames testado. |
| Abstract: | This work has the objective of carrying out a research that will make a comparative study of solid wires with tubular wires (Metal Cored), its advantages and disadvantages efficiency in comparison with one another. And it will show us its best application in the same process with the same equipment and its efficiency in the tests carried out and welding time. A comparative study of the two materials to be tested will give us the result if Metal Cored tubular wire is more efficient compared to solid wire. The process will be carried out in the following way, the data of the two materials will be collided in the production line such as welding time, splash in the welded parts and also will be carried out three test in the pieces of moth, folding and a macrography, to verify the quality of the weld applied with the wires. And at the end of the study will be presented the feasibility of the tested wires. |
