REDUÇÃO DO LEAD TIME E AUMENTO DA EFICIÊNCIA PRODUTIVA ATRAVÉS DO MAPEAMENTO DO FLUXO DE VALORES NA PRODUÇÃO DA AUTOCLAVE HORIZONTAL DE CAPACIDADE 21 LITROS EM UMA MICROEMPRESA

Abstract

The present work has the purpose of demonstrating the applicability of Lean Production tools, specifically the Mapping of the Flow of Values, in the reduction of Lead Time in the production of the horizontal autoclave with a capacity of 21 liters in a Microenterprise. We use the concepts of Lean Production as the basis of the work, thus always acting for simplicity. It was through adjustments and adjustments in the assembly line and dimensional corrections in the structure of the inputs and inventory restructuring that we achieved a significant reduction of Lead Time of the product under study. The success of this stage was achieved thanks to the engagement of all the collaborators and supporters of this project.
