Apresentando que a efetividade do PLS 236/2012 com a inclusão da corrupção como sendo crime hediondo é importante para que comecem o combate à corrupção para que o Brasil assuma novamente o controle a fim de que saia da preocupante crise econômica que vem enfrentando e busque novamente a dignidade dos brasileiros. |
| Abstract: | This article deals with an analysis of corruption and heinous crime, exposing its concepts and showing the relationship between them, as well as showing the importance of these institutes for the future of the country. Noting that the effectiveness of PLS 236/2012 with the inclusion of corruption as a heinous crime is important for the fight against corruption to begin so that Brazil again takes control in order to get out of the worrisome economic crisis it has been facing and to seek again the dignity of Brazilians. |
