| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente trabalho tem como objetivo demostrar a precariedade da proteção ao trabalho da gestante e lactante em atividades e ambientes insalubres, trazida pela Reforma Trabalhista, abordando a luta das mulheres para adentrarem no mercado de trabalho e serem respeitados no mesmo, versando sobre as conquistas históricas no direito o trabalho feminino. Dessa forma visa analisar o trabalho da gestante e lactante em atividades e ambientes insalubres, mostrando ser prejudicial à sua saúde e a de seu filho. Diante disso, aborda a Lei n°13.467 de 1 de julho de 2017 que modificou o texto do artigo 394-A ao permitir que trabalhadoras gravidas e nutrizes laborem em ambientes insalubres, exceto apenas quando apresentarem atestados médicos, transmitindo à elas e seus médicos a responsabilidade do labor em ambiente impróprios para sua condição do momento. |
| Abstract: | The present study aims to demonstrate the precarious protection of pregnant and nursing work in unhealthy activities and environments, brought about by the Labor Reform, addressing the struggle of women to enter the labor market and to be respected in the same, referring to the historical achievements in women's labor law. In this way, it aims to analyze the work of pregnant and nursing women in unhealthy activities and environments, proving to be harmful to their health and that of their child. In view of this, it addresses Law No. 13,467 of July 1, 2017, which modified the text of article 394-A by allowing pregnant and nursing women to work in unhealthy environments, except only when presenting medical certificates, transmitting to them and their physicians responsibility of the work in environments unfit for their condition of the moment. |
