A ANÁLISE DA ÉTICA E SUA CONCEITUAÇÃO NA RELAÇÃO COM O DIREITO

Abstract

The present work deals with ethics in its concept and process of use, ethics is still a field unknown to many, which still suffers from prejudice, for many may be understood as a means to restrain individuals from society to choose certain behaviors that may not to be effective to the objectives of these same individuals in the social nucleus, nevertheless the present one demonstrates in a systematic and logical way, what is the ethics, what its objectives, bringing dynamic examples of their variations and application in the most varied areas from religion to professional sphere, also brings to the fore the dilemmas of professional codes of ethics and initiates knowledge to legal ethics, making a logical connection between each topic in order to introduce ethical study to law scholars. The methodology used in this work was the practical and dynamic approach of audiovisual materials, printed books, as well as philosophical articles and legal ethics, with a view to interconnecting the different conceptualizations and examples of variations in general ethics and their species. In the end, it will be possible to determine what ethics and its applications are all about and to demonstrate that the study of this discipline is not only a requirement of the curriculum of the operators of the law but of the primordial matter to the existence of the direct in society.
