| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho trata-se sobre a concepção de Spa Urbano e possui em seu desenvolvimento estudos referentes ao seu mercado e implantação para elaboração de projeto arquitetônico. A introdução desta tipologia de edificação em um espaço urbano visa oferecer à cidade de Varginha, MG e região toda atenção voltada para a saúde física e mental, além de vários benefícios comprovados cientificamente, também funciona como método de tratamento preventivo. Considerar a importância e necessidade de um Spa em Varginha propicia um avanço na estrutura da cidade, uma vez que é um mercado de grande relevância nas questões de saúde e bem estar e igualmente importante no cenário econômico. Fundamento em estudos, propostas projetos e dados estatísticos sobre o mercado brasileiro de Spas foi possível diagnosticar a área de intervenção e estabelecer um programa que atenda às necessidades. Com todas as informações obtidas e uma análise do conteúdo tornou-se viável resultar em um anteprojeto. |
| Abstract: | This work deals with the design of Urban Spa and has in its development studies related to its market and implementation for the elaboration of architectural design. The introduction of this type of building in an urban space aims to offer the city of Varginha, MG and region all attention focused on physical and mental health, in addition to several scientifically proven benefits, also functions as a preventive treatment method. Considering the importance and necessity of a Spa in Varginha provides an advance in the structure of the city, since it is a market of great relevance in matters of health and well being and equally important in the economic scenario. Based on studies, proposals projects and statistical data on the Brazilian Spas market, it was possible to diagnose the intervention area and establish a program that meets the needs. With all the information obtained and an analysis of the content it became feasible to result in a draft. |
