| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Devido a grande necessidade das empresas acabarem com o desperdício de matéria-prima e aumentar seus lucros ganhando na produtividade e na qualidade para atender melhor seus clientes, somos obrigados a se adaptar ao mercado que cada dia está mais competitivo. Este trabalho que foi realizado em chão de fábrica tem como objetivo mostrar que através de estudos e trabalhos em equipe utilizando criatividade e propósito, podemos ter êxito. Nosso objetivo é demonstrar neste trabalho que é possível criar uma ferramenta que possa eliminar o desperdício de matéria-prima das bobinas nas prensas, procurando acabar com as paradas de máquina para reparos, e melhorar a eficiência na produtividade aproveitando assim 100% da matéria-prima. Através da implantação de algumas ferramentas de melhoria contínua alcançamos as metas desejadas, sendo obtidos resultados satisfatórios, principalmente quando se trata de desperdício de matéria-prima. |
| Abstract: | Due to the great need of companies to stop the waste of raw materials and increase their profits by gaining productivity and quality to better serve their customers, we are forced to adapt to the increasingly competitive market. This work that was done on the factory floor aims to show that through studies and teamwork using creativity and purpose, we can succeed. Our goal is to demonstrate in this work that it is possible to create a tool that can eliminate the waste of raw material from the reels in the presses, seeking to end machine downtime for repairs, and improve productivity efficiency by leveraging 100% of the raw material. . Through the implementation of some continuous improvement tools we achieve the desired goals, obtaining satisfactory results, especially when it comes to waste of raw material. |
