ESTUDO COMPARATIVO ENTRE ESCADAS DE CONCRETO ARMADO PRÉ-FABRICADAS E MOLDADAS "IN LOCO" EM ESTRUTURAS DE EDIFICAÇÕES

Abstract

Seeking to modernize the construction process of buildings has been using prefabricated elements in the structure, to rationalize the construction works. The prefabricated elements have strict quality control, provide quick work execution, and also generate a production organization. These benefits, when combined with the financial economy, generate interest in their use in buildings. This work aims to compare the material consumption of some models of reinforced concrete staircases for building structures that can be both “on-site” and prefabricated, generating indicators for the analysis of which model is most quantitatively and constructively advantageous. . For comparison, a design of reinforced concrete stairway design was carried out, determining a hypothetical situation of a building with the same dimensions for both models. The project emerged the regulations described in the technical standards related to the subject. At the end of the work, the material consumption of each model was obtained, serving as a basis for analysis of the use of each type of stairs studied, in the proposed situation.
