| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente estudo teve como objetivo identificar a importância do líder na formação de equipes esportivas, com enfoque nos processos de liderança, figura do líder este que deve ter clareza de seu papel enquanto pessoa responsável pela formação de uma equipe. Destacam-se também os aspectos internos de relações interpessoais, afetividade além do trabalho em equipe e o fator motivacional. O estudo foi desenvolvido através de uma pesquisa bibliográfica. Por fim, concluiu-se que com o passar do tempo o líder esta se tornando cada vez mais importante para o desempenho de uma equipe, e o mesmo deve estar atualizado e em constante evolução, buscando e desenvolvendo o conhecimento para que sua equipe tenha maior potencial e qualidade nas suas realizações. |
| Abstract: | The present study aimed to identify the importance of the leader in the formation of sports teams, focusing on the processes of leadership, figure of the leader who must have clarity of his role as a person responsible for the formation of a team. We also highlight the internal aspects of interpersonal relationships, affectivity beyond teamwork and the motivational factor. The study was developed through a bibliographical research. Finally, it was concluded that over time the leader is becoming increasingly important for the performance of a team, and the same must be updated and constantly evolving, seeking and developing the knowledge so that its team has greater potential and quality in their achievements. |
