COWORKING: Edifício de Escritórios com Ambientes Compartilhados

Abstract

This Project addresses an architectural theme that aims to show shared office buildings and a new method of work that is growing in metropolis, an idea that is known as coworking. The purpose of this project is to design buildings with shared offices, adopting the idea of coworking as the main objective for designing the project. This project will be developed in an existing land in the city of Varginha - Minas Gerais, in the district Santa Luiza, in front of the Via Café Garden Mall, a location with a very considerable amount of flow of people of the city and neighboring cities around it. To sustain the theme of Coworking, the present project will approach a balance between work and well-being, showing that the greater the pleasure in the work environment, the greater the productivity, making this project a viable alternative for those who want to leave their home-office and want to have a more professional environment, entrepreneurs who wish to reduce their fixed expenses in relation to office costs, or freelancers who need a space to attract and receive their customers. This study aims to show an environment totally related and directed to social integration, productivity and comfort, and an environment receptive to the exchange of ideas and network, bringing to the city of Varginha an enterprise that previously did not exist in the city.
