| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Com Objetivo de apresentar os resultados através da utilização do software CAE ( Engenharia Assistida por Computador), este trabalho trata do processo de extrusão de perfis elastômeros para vedações automobilísticas, bem como os materiais necessários para seu beneficiamento. Descreverá as propriedades de suas matérias primas e as características do processo de fabricação e dos componentes que os constituem. Dará ênfase à elaboração e melhoria dos projetos dos ferramentais por dar um formato da peça extrudada através da melhoria e otimização de projetos, com a utilização do CAD ( Desenho Assistido por computador). Com a intenção de reduzir o refugo do processo produtivo, tanto na fase de desenvolvimento, bem como na fase de produção. |
| Abstract: | In order to present the results using CAE software (Computer Aided Engineering), this work deals with the profile extrusion process elastomers for automotive seals, as well as the materials necessary for their beneficiation. It will describe the properties of its raw materials and the characteristics of manufacturing process and its constituent components. It will emphasize the elaboration and improvement of tooling designs by shaping the extruded part by improvement and optimization of projects, using CAD (Design Assisted by computer). With the intention of reducing the waste of the production process, both in the as well as in the production phase. |
