Abstract

The study of maintenance and methods used for engineering failure analysis, has become a decisive factor in the daily lives of companies that think and act strategically to ensure vitality in the labor market. You realize that various types of maintenance have emerged throughout history to support the companies, machinery and equipment so that they can perform safe, efficient and quality way. Therefore, this paper aims to provide further clarification on the operation and maintenance of the BF 75 tractors, and to make a root cause failure analysis study using the RCFA method failure) and show the feasibility of preventive maintenance. The data for the construction of this were harvested during the harvest period and from this analysis the objective is to reach the root cause of the problem to eliminate it.
