| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Neste trabalho discutimos a situação que se encontra no cadastro imobiliário do município de Três Corações e o impacto causado pela arrecadação do Imposto sobre a Propriedade Predial e Territorial Urbana (IPTU). Tendo por objetivo, dispor de alternativas para facilitar o manuseio do cadastro imobiliário, e em contrapartida incentivar os moradores de Três Corações, a regularizarem seus imóveis e quitar suas pendências referentes a sua propriedade, com o intuito de aumentar a arrecadação municipal. |
| Abstract: | In this paper we discuss the situation that is in the real estate register of the city of Três Corações and the impact caused by the collection of the Urban Property Tax (IPTU). Aiming to have alternatives to facilitate the handling of the real estate register, and in return encourage the residents of Três Corações to regularize their properties and settle their backlog regarding their property, in order to increase the collection of the district. |
