ANÁLISE DAS PRINCIPAIS ETAPAS DA CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL EM CANTEIRO DE OBRAS DE ACORDO COM A NR-18: Estudo de Caso

Abstract

This work describes the analysis of the main stages of construction in a construction site according to NR-18 (Conditions and Working Environment in the Construction Industry) in a case study in the city of Varginha/MG. Such an approach is justified due to the great growth of civil construction in our country and by the sector being one of the areas where most accidents occur in Brazil. The purpose of this work is to present the main irregularities and conformities found in construction sites, showing the best and assertive way to avoid accidents on these different service fronts, with the main objective that this work also serve as an orientation, aiming at a better location safety. This attempt will be achieved through two stages, the first one being a bibliographical review, where all the theoretical basis was based on the consultation and research of books, specialized academic sites, Regulatory Norms and data collected in field research and the second stage the making of a an easy-to-interpret academic information booklet on Occupational Safety and Health in Construction and the updating of the Sectoral Risk Map of the work under study.
